Spreading the love, one craft at a time!
Tis the season for hearts, flowers and so much love! Here’s a simple craft you can knock out just in time for Valentine’s Day!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Branches
- Wire
- Flowers
- Scissors
- First things first, you’ll want to collect branches for this craft. If you’ve got any trees, this should be pretty simple. I used sraps of branches that had fallen and aimed for branches at least 6 inches long and then 10-12 inches long.
- Next you’ll want to start arranging branches and create a heart. Outlining this on a flat table, that’s best.
- From there, you’ll want to grab your scissors and cut wire long enough to wrap around branches.
- Secure the branches as best you can and finalize by wrapping the wires around branches.
- Now you’ll bring this wreath to life with flowers! Start by adding them to the gaps around the arches and all over, depending on your preference. I used scraps to do this craft and that was enough for a whimsical touch.
